My name is Tosh Bradley. Let's take a moment to chat about my journey so far—filled with experiences, lessons, and a relentless drive to explore, then improve.

In 2018, at age 28, I founded my first real company. Together with two partners, I co-created and bootstrapped a multi-seven-figure "DWY" service-based business called MIC, an online trading enterprise that grew into something bigger than any of us imagined. Over the course of five years, I scaled MIC to over 50 employees and thousands of recurring members. Despite the success, I faced severe burnout by December 2023 and found myself feeling unfulfilled—like my identity was just wrapped up in the business.

So, I walked away.

That decision became my turning point. After years of operating, scaling, making mistakes, and learning how to streamline, optimize, and automate, I realized my passion was in empowering newer entrepreneurs. I expanded my reach to help others grow their businesses and manifest their visions. I especially wanted to address a major challenge: getting ready to be ready. I’m passionate about business, and most importantly, I’m passionate about helping people achieve true freedom. Too much time is wasted in ignorance—suffering from the opportunity cost of not knowing what you don't know yet. This is especially true when starting out, and that's why mentorship matters.
